The couture photos are stunning, but I wish I could see the dresses in motion. The size range from 5T to adult M is interesting for casting. I also tried play drift boss free online for a quick break.
Casting 5T through adult M for Paris on March 8th means a five-year-old and an adult medium could be in the same show block. Do the JJ Chloé and Petite Coco finale walks, like Milana Grace's, use separate rehearsal times, or is that handled in the runway model casting details? Genuinely want to know how the size range works backstage.
5T to adult M leaves my 4-year-old out entirely. The Paris show on March 8th is tempting, but with no visa and a school week, we can't just hop on a plane like Milana Grace in that JJ Chloé dress. I keep a size and deadline tracker for casting calls because the listed sizes don't match reality.
A couture feature has an obvious problem online: the details that matter — the movement of a hem, the way a bow sits when the child turns — do not survive a still photograph. Buyers and parents scroll past a grid of static shots because they cannot tell how any of it behaves. We build Reference to Video: give it a reference image or a short piece of footage plus a prompt and it generates a coherent clip, so a couple of photographs from a runway or a fitting can become a few seconds of film that actually shows the piece in motion.
The casting note about sizes from 5T to adult M caught my eye. My niece is 6 and just started doing local shows, so I've been trying to figure out how kids' sizes map to adult ones. I used a sizing calculator to compare her measurements and it helped a lot. Still, I wonder how brands like JJ Chloé handle that range on the runway.
